After taking time to reflect on possibilities and iron out details, E4Change has agreed to a formal partnership with Days for Girls. Days for Girls volunteers have been making the menstrual hygiene management kits that E4Change has been distributing through our school and community networks in Ethiopia.

The mission of Days for Girls is to increase access to menstrual care and education by developing global partnerships, cultivating Social Enterprises, mobilizing volunteers and innovating sustainable solutions that shatter stigma and limitations for women and girls. This meshes nicely with E4Change’s goal of providing opportunities for all through education, in part because having the knowledge and material to look after their physical needs helps children to be available to learn.

We look forward to expanding what our two organizations can do together.
