Over the past 18 months, Education-4-Change has partnered with Days for Girls to strengthen menstrual health management (MHM) education, dignity, and access for girls through the distribution of high-quality, volunteer-created, Canadian and reusable kits alongside culturally informed training. Together, we have focused on equipping communities with essential products and knowledge, supported by skilled outreach workers who ensure accurate, respectful, and empowering education. Building on this momentum and demonstrated impact, guided by our country director and program manager, the partnership is preparing to move into a new distribution phase from January 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026, with a target of providing 1,000 additional MHM kits paired with comprehensive education and ongoing support delivered by trained outreach personnel in the Somali Region of Ethiopia.
